Determining the campaign theme and associated campaign messages is one of the preparatory stages of a political election campaign. Therefore, identifying the current election atmosphere, the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, the rival candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, and the socio-demographic characteristics and expectations of the voters are essential steps in determining campaign messages. Political election campaign messages can be crafted according to different strategies, including rational, emotional, candidate-endorsement, and aggressive message strategies. This study measures voters’ perceptions of these rational, emotional, candidate-endorsement, and aggressive message strategies within the context of local elections. The Mystery Shopper method involves visiting any branch of your company and conducting research without revealing that an investigation is being conducted, by behaving as an ordinary customer to analyze employee behavior and attitudes. At Ayna Research, we provide this service to our clients with our staff’s exceptional observation and analysis skills.

GRUP TOPLANTILARI

It is a specialized group discussion technique designed to gather detailed information and opinions from a selected group of participants on a specific topic. The ideal group size is 10-12 people. The discussion is managed by an expert using questioning and summarization techniques to reveal participants’ thoughts and experiences. The data is analyzed to synthesize the evaluations, concerns, and opinions expressed by the participants. Focus group studies can guide decisions and action plans either on their own or in conjunction with the results of quantitative studies.

CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interview)

The CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) method is a research technique where interviews are conducted over the phone with computer support. The created questionnaire is first transferred to an electronic format using specialized software. Responses are recorded by clicking the link to the survey form prepared with the software. The answers are automatically updated in real-time in the system’s database. Results obtained through additional programs can be updated and viewed in real-time. Additionally, the interviews are recorded as audio files on computers. At Ayna Research, we are able to conduct surveys across Turkey with our expert call center team and state-of-the-art infrastructure. The Call Center operates separately from field services and has the capacity to conduct surveys nationwide. Our Call Center is set up in a 240 m² area with 32 booths and has a 100 Mbit internet infrastructure. The office’s technical and physical infrastructure is meticulously organized.
